There has been an improvement in the air quality in Delhi. The Air Quality Index (AQI) has come down to the 'Poor' category, which was earlier 'Very Poor'.

Although the air quality in Gurgaon appears to be moderate in the statistics, the air is actually polluted. Since many air quality monitoring stations in the city are closed, accurate information is not available. The season of burning crop residues in agriculture and the slow winds are likely to increase pollution. Citizens need to get accurate information so that they can take appropriate measures.
