Ethiopian volcano ash not to affect city’s air

Scientists from the Indian government have confirmed that ash from a volcanic eruption in Ethiopia will not reach or affect Delhi's air quality. They explained that the wind patterns are blowing the volcanic plume away from India, towards the southern part of Africa. Therefore, the city's pollution levels are expected to remain unaffected by this event.
