How can Delhi finally end chronic air pollution?

Delhi’s air pollution remains severe because it comes from many sources such as vehicles, factories, construction dust, waste burning and crop-stubble burning in nearby states. The problem is made worse by Delhi’s geography, which traps polluted air due to low wind movement. Experts say the city needs strong and long-term political action, including cleaner fuels, stricter pollution rules, better public transport, proper waste management and cooperation with neighbouring states to stop stubble burning. Only sustained and coordinated efforts can help Delhi achieve cleaner air in the long run.
