No rain, second cloud seeding trial on hold due to low moisture

Delhi's second attempt at cloud seeding has been put on hold because the weather isn't right.

The plan, which involves spraying chemicals into clouds to make it rain, needs a good amount of moisture in the air to work. Currently, the air is too dry, so the government has decided to postpone the trial until conditions improve.
