Delhi’s Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa held a meeting with experts, researchers and government officials to discuss a new air-pollution control plan for 2026–27 in Delhi. The discussion focused on major pollution sources such as vehicle emissions, industrial activities, waste burning and construction dust.

Experts suggested measures like better public transport, stronger monitoring of pollution rules, more electric-vehicle charging infrastructure, congestion pricing and improved waste management.
