पटना ट्रैफिक स्टडी: जाम में 10 किमी/घंटा से भी कम रफ्तार

A study shows Patna’s traffic moves below 10 km/h in jams, increasing pollution and fuel use. The city needs over 1,250 more buses and better facilities for walking and cycling. Electric vehicles are held back by power cuts and few charging points. Experts and the mayor agree that cleaner, smarter transport is urgently needed.
