Buck to stop at RWAs, establishments for open burning by staff members

The Delhi government has made RWAs and institutions responsible if their staff are found burning waste openly. Open burning for heating or any other purpose is banned, and fines can be imposed. Authorities have also asked organisations to provide electric heaters to workers to prevent burning and reduce air pollution during winter.
