Delhi logs coldest November in five years

A new report says that Delhi has recorded its coldest average temperature for November in five years. The city's average temperature for the entire month was lower than it has been for any November since 2018. This recent cold snap is unusual compared to the warmer Novembers the capital has seen in recent years.
