Maximum Toxi-city: Delhi's pollution crisis prompts WFH orders, school closure
Delhi’s air pollution became extremely bad, with the air quality index reaching near record levels and many places hitting the worst category of “severe”. Because of this toxic smog, people suffered breathing problems and many offices told staff to work from home, while schools moved classes online to protect children’s health. The very poor air was caused by a mix of weather conditions and pollution from nearby farm fires and local sources like vehicles and dust.
