Delhi recorded its highest nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) levels in seven years, mainly due to the burning of fuel by vehicles, industries and power plants. Several busy areas, including ITO and Anand Vihar, emerged as major hotspots, making breathing more difficult and increasing health risks for residents.
