Air severe for 2nd day, Delhi shares country's most polluted tag

For the second day in a row, Delhi's air quality was classified as 'severe'. The city was jointly ranked as the most polluted in India alongside Kolkata. While calm winds are partly to blame for trapping the pollution, authorities noted that the number of farm fires in neighbouring states has recently decreased.
